The award winning ME7808C VNA covers fast single sweeps from 40 MHz to 110 GHz. The broad frequency coverage makes the ME7808C well suited for on-wafer test and device modeling applications. In addition, the ME7808C is configurable as a millimeter wave system for applications requiring banded coverage in waveguide. The millimeter wave system is an economical alternative to the Broadband VNA and can be configured to cover the V, E, or W bands. Extended E and extended W bands are also offered to meet the needs of new Wireless LAN and Automotive Collision Avoidance applications. For Signal Integrity measurements on high-speed interconnects and other multi-port applications, the Lightning family offers an up to 12-port 65 GHz system that is ideal for on-wafer measurements. The solution comprises a 2-port 37397D VNA with an external test set and mobile port modules and a flexible calibration and measurement software by PAF company of Torino Italy www.pafmicro.com. The system is scalable for 4 to 8 to 12-ports. Its mobile test ports place the couplers on your wafer station close to you DUT. The software provides calibrations that overcome all on-wafer obstacles. The state-of-the-art solid-state 65 GHz switches provide the highest repeatability without heavy dynamic range penalties.
